What will you be doing as a Completions Specialist

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving property auction sales through to completion, making sure deadlines are met while delivering an outstanding service to buyers, vendors, Estate Agents, and solicitors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hitting and exceeding your monthly completion targets

  • Managing your caseload with focus, organisation, and a proactive approach

  • Guiding buyers, vendors, Estate Agents, and solicitors through the process

  • Building strong relationships and keeping everyone informed at every step

  • Solving problems quickly to keep sales on track and moving forward

  • Communicating clearly and confidently (with a focus on phone calls over emails)

  • Representing IAM Sold professionally with colleagues, partners, and clients

  • Flagging issues early to your Team Leader to find the best outcomes

  • Bringing enthusiasm, determination, and drive to meet service standards

  • Acting responsibly by reporting any concerns around Money Laundering

What are we looking for?

  • Previous Sales progression experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive mindset

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Results-driven, with a tenacious attitude to problem solving

  • Resilient under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines

  • Target-driven with a strong sense of achievement

  • First-class problem solving and complaint-handling skills
