What will you be doing as a Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialist in movebutler -
As a key member of the movebutler sales and service team, you’ll drive client engagement and revenue through our partner estate agent network. You’ll guide clients through their onboarding journey, build strong relationships, and promote our range of property services, including conveyancing, mortgages, and surveys.
Building strong relationships with partner agents to maximise client conversions.
Contacting referred clients to complete onboarding and introduce additional services.
Confidently upselling conveyancing, mortgages, surveys, and future movebutler products.
Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
Providing agents with updates on onboarding progress and identifying missed opportunities.
Managing aborted or rejected cases and escalating issues when required.
Collaborating with other iamproperty teams to ensure consistent service and support strategic initiatives.
What are we looking for?
Experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or a similar property-related role.
Proven success in a target-driven sales environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident, self-motivated, and results-focused with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
