What will you be doing as a Business Support Administrator (Legal)
As a Business Support Administrator you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Auction Pack and Conveyancing teams. You’ll ensure smooth operations, high-quality service, and accurate handling of legal and administrative tasks for our customers and partner agents.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Manage daily tasks to meet service obligations and deadlines.
Maintain high quality and accuracy in all documentation and processes.
Prepare, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing post, including confidential materials.
Draft and handle legal documentation for the Conveyancing Team.
Professionally liaise with clients, partner agents, and colleagues via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate computer and manual filing systems.
Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
What are we looking for?
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with strong initiative.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; willing to learn company systems.
Team player who builds rapport with colleagues, clients, and partners and acts as a professional ambassador for the company.
