What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Partnerships Manager
As Conveyancing Partnerships Manager you will oversee and maintain our panel of solicitors, ensuring service levels meet agreed SLAs. This role involves recruiting solicitors, managing capacity, resolving customer service issues, and liaising with estate agents to support the conveyancing pipeline. You will also build strong relationships with senior partners to drive business growth and monitor performance to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a panel of solicitors, ensuring SLA compliance.
Recruit solicitors and balance capacity to meet demand.
Support and guide solicitors, resolving service-related issues.
Liaise with estate agents and other stakeholders to enhance efficiency.
Handle customer service escalations professionally and promptly.
Build relationships with senior legal partners to drive growth.
Monitor solicitor performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
Analyse data to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations to maintain service delivery and reduce churn.
This is a remote working role, however there will be the requirement to travel and visit clients face to face, approximatly once per month.
Due to the travel requirments of this role, you will ideally be based in the North East of England or Midlands.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in conveyancing, legal partnerships, or related roles.
Strong attention to detail in reviewing transactions and solicitor actions.
Skilled at identifying service issues and implementing solutions.
Able to provide clear, professional feedback and evaluate panel performance.
Knowledge of SLAs, regulatory requirements, and capacity planning.
Experienced in data analysis to drive service improvements.
Strong relationship management with solicitors, estate agents, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle escalations and enhance service standards.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
