What will you be doing as a Sales Performance Manager (movebutler)
We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead, develop and optimise the performance of our customer onboarding sales team within movebutler. This is a leadership role with accountability for commercial delivery, sales quality and partner relationships, while shaping a high-performing sales function.
You will hold end-to-end responsibility for sales performance across onboarding, ensuring budgeted results are delivered through consistent, high-quality execution. You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coaching leadership, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
