What will you be doing as a Software Relationship Manager -
Drive software adoption by guiding clients to use our platform effectively across their business.
Deliver product training and onboarding sessions for users at all levels.
Monitor user engagement, license usage, and platform analytics to optimize client experience.
Identify opportunities for clients to leverage additional modules, integrations, or automation features, focused on business value.
Act as a client advocate, collecting feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development.
Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve technical challenges and implement enhancements.
Build long-term client trust through proactive communication, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits.
What are we looking for?
Experience in SaaS client success, platform adoption or product-focused client management.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
Skilled in delivering training and workshops to improve user proficiency.
Comfortable analyzing usage data to drive adoption and optimize workflows.
Excellent communicator with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance.
Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to navigate client challenges confidently.
Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively within a team.
Willing to travel nationally to meet clients (overnight stays will be required).
Full driving license
